Ms. Victoria Johnson is the Finance and Administrative Manager at Zama Group of Companies. She is an emerging and skilled audit and tax professional with a solid foundation in accounting principles and practices. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting, as well as an Associate of Arts in Accounting, both from Stella Maris Polytechnic University in Monrovia, Liberia. With strong analytical skills tailored for high-risk, automated environments, Victoria demonstrates her commitment to high moral standards as a self-starter and team player. Her effective communication skills and results-oriented approach make her a valuable asset in any professional setting.

In her previous role as an Audit Assistant at Business Incubation Consultancy, Inc. (BICON) in Monrovia, Victoria was instrumental in preparing clients’ financial reports in compliance with accepted accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS. She assists with tax return preparation in accordance with legal requirements, participates in client engagement meetings, and provides leadership and oversight to field staff during audits. Additionally, she supervised the preparation of monthly payroll for clients, showcasing her ability to manage complex financial tasks efficiently.

Prior to her position at BICON, Victoria served as the National Accountant at Opportunity Network Liberia, Inc. (ONLIB). In this role, she prepared consolidated financial reports for the ONLIB school system and managed monthly bank reconciliations. Victoria also supervised the finance departments of ONLIB schools, prepared staff payrolls, and provided training to finance personnel, demonstrating her leadership and expertise in financial management.
